Loan Assist - HDFC Bank Loan
HDFC Bank Loan Assist approached us designed UI & UX to delight customers. Very simple and intuitive navigation. Neat layouts. Very easy to use design a fintech mobile app for the local market majority of the users would be aged between 21-40 years which involved money lending with ease. The main aim was to make money lending easy and intuitive.

I worked as an information architect/interaction designer, create a user persona, producing high-fidelity prototypes for both mobile and website.
OBJECTIVE:
UX designed to delight customers. Onboard user with a minimum click. This app is for ETB/ NTB customers. Make app personalize ETB customers.

The objective was to design the app to be minimalistic, uncluttered, and intuitive right from the onboarding screen to the user dashboard.
The collection of user data from onboarding had to be simple, less overwhelming, and intuitive.
