Bhushan is a seasoned IT professional with over 10+ years of industry experience. At MX Player, he played a key role in launching Android, iOS, and Web 2.0 versions (MXplayer.in), leveraging his expertise in product research. For the past 9 years, Bhushan has served as Associate Creative Director UI/UX in Publicis Groupe's "Power of One" team, contributing significantly to various projects.

His achievements include transforming Indigo Consulting Company's Publicis Groupe core Web and Mobile platform into a key revenue driver. Bhushan excels in User Advocacy, User Experience, Interaction Design, and Experiential Design.

Passionate about creating next-gen experiences for mobile applications and digital touch screens, Bhushan has extensive experience in usability evaluation, requirements gathering, and project management. His unique asset lies in his deep understanding of cognitive and behavioral psychology, enhancing his interaction design skills and empowering him to craft superior user experiences.
 

Previously, Bhushan served as an Associate Director of UX at L&K Saatchi & Saatchi, Digital, refining his expertise in optimizing user experiences through creative strategies.

Bhushan holds a degree in G.D. Arts from J.J. School of Fine Arts. Beyond work, he is actively involved with Art of Living for the past decade, volunteering, practicing yoga and meditation, and indulging in photography and various art form.
